I’ve just finished week 8 and wonder what other members do now?? What frequency, length of runs , how do you time yourself? and know how far you’ve got? I’m feeling a bit lost and will miss Jo Wiley!

What happens next?
I just downloaded an app called 10k runner and there are ones like it that get you going from 5k to 10k which are similar to this one because they steadily build up with running and walking. I used to run a few years ago before surgery and the thing I found most useful was entering races to set myself goals (which isn’t really possible atm with lockdown) but instead you could pick a new distance or a new pace goal (e.g. ‘I want to run 5k in29 mins’ and continue running 3x a week to reach it
If you have been doing the NHS C25k plan then you still have another week to go, but if you have graduated from another C25k plan with 30 minutes of running under your belt, then you may find this guide to post C25k running helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
