I completed week 8 last week and felt fine. However for the last two days I’ve had a fluttery anxious feeling in my chest, and when I’m just sitting resting my heart rate suddenly shoots up for no reason!
Despite this I decided to attempt week 9 early this morning. Prepped well with hydration, half a banana, stretches etc, and went really slow,, but couldn’t make it much past 5 mins. My chest felt tight and I was gasping for air. Not sure if it is the heat or lockdown getting to me or something more serious ☹️. Very disappointed with today though! Going to have two more days rest and try again Wednesday...
