First post, but I’m just about to start week 9!

I tried C25K a few years ago and gave up at week 3, had convinced myself running just wasn’t for me. I was going to the gym 5 times a week until lockdown so decided to give running another go and here I am! I still struggle to complete every run but have managed them all so far and only have 3 runs to go...
