Hello, today was my last day to do the run before week two starts. It was crazy warm most of the day and I’m too anxious to run outside later on (I live in an area that can be a bit scary) so I decided to do it in my kitchen (it’s a long galley kitchen).
I know it’s not the same at all but I did make sure I put the same effort in to it. Has anyone else had to do anything similar? I still worked up a fair old sweat but it feels like cheating :/
