Having done 5 runs since graduation, I'm noticing how hard it is without encouragement along the way. I do have a couple of colleagues who are very supportive, but I wish there was an app I could listen to, similar to the C25K, with occasional comments along the way. I remember one comment about jogging/running should be smooth as though walking fast, not bouncing up and down. Things like, should I keep up the pace running uphill, should I focus on certain muscles, should I relax shoulders? Is there anything out there?

Technique tips
I graduated a couple of weeks ago and have been using an app called Nike Run Club which has been really useful! It has tons of guided runs where a coach will talk to you throughout your run and give you tips on running, mindset, and specific guided runs for things like running on a hot day. They're really motivating and also informative, and have everything from short 15 min runs to really long 2 hour runs and marathon prep. The guided runs have more talking than couch to 5k but I've actually found that helpful as it's a good distraction from running. It's a free app, and also does accurate run tracking, so definitely worth a try!
I've done four runs since graduating and at the moment, as I'm still running for half an hour, I'm just replaying the last run from Couch to 5K so am still getting the commentary from that. In due course I may start trying to run for longer but for the time being, this is working well.
Thanks. I was determined to get to 5K before my 6oth birthday, which required me to run for 38 mins. I just felt I wanted a few more words of encouragement, especially towards the end. Also as a novice any running tips are useful. I'll give the Nike app a go, mentioned above.
