Can't believe I completed W3R3 this morning & with a smile on my face. I really had to push myself 3 weeks ago on day 1. But as times gone on I'm beginning to enjoy running again. Altho I've had a peek at W4 and (gulp) the programme def steps it up a notch. Note to self - don't look at the week ahead programme just bask in the glory that this weeks been completed successfully!

I’m in the same boat. Running tonight. Peeked at W4 too. This will be a challenge...
Just read another post about 'slow jogging' which I'm going to try. If you get a chance have a look, you'll find it in YouTube & I think it may help.

Strange but true. I read about it a couple of nights back and tried keeping my arms lower and it helped. So watched a video tonight. Even tried smiling. It definitely works. I did have my new socks and t-shirt on as well! 😂Covered 4km incl warm up and warm down walk.
Did W4D1 this morning and actually it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Proves it's Def a psyche thing. I Def keep telling Ng myself 'i love running' whilst I was doing it & think it helped. I'll have to look at the distance I do as we have mapped out a 5k circuit where part of it goes thru a park but not sure how far I've got once I've finished the run.
