Just finished above and next one is no breaks! No problem with breathing but pace 12:39 so won’t get to 5k currently by week 9. How have others “gently” managed to up there speed? This is such a good plan when I think back to week 1 😮

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Each week during the plan you are increasing your duration, therefore it is not an appropriate time to try to increase speed. Wait until you graduate, consolidate and get used to running for 30 minutes before working on pace, which will develop in time.
