My son and I are going to be doing wk 2 run 2 tomorrow! I found run 1 tough this week too, that extra 30secs really makes a difference. I canโt image being able to run for 20mins straight but Iโm just taking it one run at a time. The pride we feel when we complete a session is keeping us going. I just hope I can stick with it ๐ค๐ผ knowing others are going through it too helps so thanks ๐
Same here we feel pride once completed I'm trying not to think about 20 mins too just one run at a time it's good to have someone to run with I'm not sure I would keep going if I was doing it alone and I'm enjoying reading comments on here really spurring me on see you at the 5k finish ๐ we can do it ๐
