Hello, today I completed my 1st run of the week 9 (I am so chuffed at this). I’ve very much enjoyed this experience and doing something for myself. It’s been so good for my mental wellbeing. However I am still running in my back garden but would like to run outside.
In the garden it’s easier to take off the layers of clothing and just throw them when you get hot. I’m running first thing in the morning, but how do you know what to wear? whether it’s cold, hot or raining.

You wear thin layers so that you can take items off and tie around your waist or leave in discreet areas to pick up later. Most Athletic wear is light, to either keep you warm or wick sweat away from your skin so keeping your cool.
