Morning all. So happy another run under my belt. Ran for 30 mins no problem was at 4.3K at this stage so pushed on to complete 5k in 34.38. Im feeling great i even took a tougher route with some inclines. Now I need to decide if I want to work on going further or better my 5k time.

We usually suggest consolidating that 30 min or 5k run for a few weeks to help insure that foundation of fitness is there before deciding where to take your running next. Having said that, people come to this program with very varying levels of fitness and of course of different ages, so it is about knowing your own body too. Lots of ideas though, if you follow these links.

Morning Sandra thank you for your reply it is very useful. I think I will consilidate my 5k for a couple more weeks and then gradually build up my distance.
