Have to say that I’ve surprised myself both in sticking to the program and now being able to run for a full 25 minutes. I’m actually looking forward to extending that over the next few weeks to a full 30 minutes. As an overweight 52 year old who hasn’t done any serious running in over 30 years it’s been quite a journey so far!!
