Have just done Week 6 run 3......it was ok...The runs i notice are getting longer, next is Week 7 day 1 is now 25 mins run all in one go......i am not of course including the 5 mins warm up/cool down. I will be doing that tomorrow, excited and a tad nervous.
However i want to know, those who have already done the weeks 7/8/9 how you get by with those long runs...what keeps you going!??
Thanks

Hello there, I have been very apprehensive about week7 too. Finished my W7R1 yesterday and to be honest it was fine . In my case it’s the fear of failure that tries to stop me from attempting - but then not going on that run also feels like a failure so I went - and I was happy I did. I dont really run fast did 4.2K - slow and steady pace expect the last 1 min I give it my max speed and burn out at 45 Sec ( trying not to count that as failure 😉)
Good luck - persevere and it will pay . But listen to your body ( not so much the mind - it plays tricks 😄)
