Hey! I’m currently waiting to go for a run but won’t go until I’ve nipped to the loo so I know your pain 😂 been caught short too many tines and it’s really hard to concentrate on your run when you’re desperate!
It’s about 4 weeks now since I graduated and learnt since doing longer runs that we just need to accept sometimes that they’re not all going to feel the same - within the same week I have what I feel is a terrible run, and then the next run I feel like I could keep going for ages, so don’t beat yourself up and definitely don’t let it put you off! You’re doing so well to get to this point.
As for time of the month, I have felt fine but just been even more hyper aware to make sure I feel well hydrated and rested - and if your body is telling you to take it easier, just listen to it and try again another day. It’s not a failure, just another step towards your goal!
