Week 7 completed this morning, and a run that I really enjoyed. I slowed it right down this morning and come the end of the 25 minutes I felt as though I still had a lot in the tank.
Itβs amazing how well this programme works. Stamina and strength are increasing with every single run, my average heart rate is lowering and there are now only 6 runs left until I graduate.
I really have loved this programme and has been a massive help to my mental health during this global pandemic. π€
