Had a stressful morning dealing with some work admin that realised I had messed up so I wasn’t up and out first thing for my run. At 8.30 I thought let’s just get out and run to try and clear my head!
Now I’m back and I’m hot and sweaty but feel much better for my run. I must have paced myself well because the last 5 minutes I really upped my pace and felt energised. Loving this challenge its made me feel like a new person.
Onto Tuesday and the start of week 7 💪💪💪
