Week 5 run 3

I finished week 5 run 3 at 7am with the wind blowing straight in my face for the first half of the run. Managed to run up a steep hill with as well early in the run without becoming breathless. I took it slow and still felt like I could have continued for a lot longer. I had to stop myself from going further as I am sticking rigidly to the programme. I am really happy and still buzzing now. I am really looking forward to week 6. I will certainly be pacing myself after reading the posts about week 6 run 1 catching people out.

That is a very early time 7am to complete run 3 of week 5, congratulations, I was having my breakfast at that time before running a 5K two and a half hours later at 9.30.

Well done on running up that steep hill without getting breathless, run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K, as you say take runs 1 and 2 of week 6 especially carefully, that way you should be OK, after run 2 of week 6 there are no more walking breaks.
