Week 1 run 3 tonight... Legs are so heavy and Achilles/calf left leg tight.. Have done so much pre and post stretching... Run 2 felt good. Let's see what tonight brings.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.
Also make sure that any pre run stretches are dynamic and post run are static, again, as mentioned in the guide.
