Hi everyone. I was elated last Friday when I did 20mins continuously and felt physically really good. Then I got ill. I didn’t get out to run all week until this Friday to do run 1 of week 6 and I struggled. Should I go back and start at week 5 again or just push through? Thanks for advice 🙏

W6R1 trips up more people than any other run in the programme.........one twenty minute run does not a runner make..........and it is also your longest overall duration workout to date.
