Quarantine superpower??????

pandemicmademedoit profile image

It seemed highly unlikely, and yet.......I DID IT!!! Just got back from W5R3 and completed it....and am still alive to post about it :). To all of you who are facing this run- you can do it!!! Listen to the advice of others who have conquered this milestone- I had their 'voices' in my head as I ran- take it slow- be positive- one step at a time....the program has trained you for this!!!!!

Thanks to all who post here and keep everyone positive- it truly helps. Stay safe everyone!

That is some username you have, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

There have been many new people started C25K since the pandemic and lockdown began.

Thanks AlMorr!! Username.....yes, lengthy but true :) never would have started this if I didn't feel the need to do something to cope with quarantine..lol.

But am so glad I started! I will heed your advice about W6R1- I have noticed many people caution about this run. It doesn't make sense in my head but I very much respect those 'who have gone before me' and will respect the run.

Congratulations on being a graduate!!!!

Cheers!
