So I completed the run, the dreaded 25 minutes, to be honest the last 3 minutes were a struggle, I was waiting for Sarah to tell me I had one minute left, then she told me I could increase the pace for the last minute if I wanted....I didn’t!!! I think the last minute was slower than anything but I didn’t give up!
I’m celebrating that apparently I’m now a runner but I’m also celebrating that my BMI has moved below 40, when I stared the programme my BMI was 43 so I was morbidly obese as per NHS website, now I’m just obese! I still have a long way to go but am sure that I will get there, between running and healthy eating! To any overweight, unfit people that think they can’t do it-you can. Just trust in yourself and the programme!
Upwards and onwards to week 7 now 💪🏃♂️
