Another interesting week, which is now complete. What I found fascinating, is that I woke up quite hyper (no, I'm not really a morning person, in fact, not at all!) after last night's bar of chocolate 😶, went out and just could not force myself to slow down as I initially planned. So, if I can say, this is a double surprise, firstly that I'm done with Week Seven, and, secondly, that I did my last run quite a lot faster than I thought I will be able to, considering lack of exercise and being quite overweight, too.
Best of luck, everyone!

A bar of chocolate the night before a run is not a recognised part of any training regime that I am aware of..............and it won't help with the overweight bit either..........but well done.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't help even if it tastes okay and has roasted hazelnuts in it
But thanks! I'm still quite surprised. I know that I used to do some running and nordic skiing years ago, but this gradual build up just feels almost _easy_
Hard start is what I think was the reason for me to procrastinate as long as I did. Wish I'd known about this programme at least a couple of years ago.
