Even though I managed week 3 no problem i was still a bit nervous about week 4 because of what I'd read online. So to anyone reading this: you can totally do it!
I did walk for 30 seconds half way through the last 5 minute jog but then continued for an extra couple of minutes at the end. It really was just a mental block so will keep that in mind when I reach that point in run 2 π
