Consolidation Run 2

That was an enjoyable run despite a false start - my cat decided she wanted to join in and followed me for a good chunk of my warm up walk. After taking her back home, much to her dismay, I put on a podcast, found a comfortable rhythm and ran the day off. Love this running malarkey 🏃‍♀️
