Initially felt nervous of the 3 minute runs but found them really achievable...took a running partner with me which helped, even if we were just jogging in silence. Managed an extra 90 seconds after Jo told me to stop at the end and still felt good.

I was exactly the same, I was surprised when Jo whispered in my ear I’d run for 2 minutes and I was still breathing relatively ok 😂
