Just 1 run to go, hopefully will be a tad cooler tomorrow, as again found it really hard going, and I just slow right down near to a walk, even Slinky found it heavy going in the warm weather, may take out some water, not really to drink but to douse myself on the warmer runs.. graduation looms again just around the corner, do we get a different colour medal this time, how about a gold one? 😆
