I completed wk3 run1 on Friday but I have been busy in the garden all weekend so didn't get out on sunday. I woke up today in some pain from the gardening. Is it worth leaving the running till the pains go or try and run through them. Getting to wk 3 is an achievement and I want to keep going but dont want to push to hard. Any advice would be appreciated.
