Luckily I'm in Wales and we don't have to understand what it means (yet) as we're on 3 more weeks of Stay home...but as of Monday we're allowed out more than once to exercise if we want, though still only leaving from home (ie, local exercise, no driving).

I found Boris very clear, at least concerning exercise.

Get as much SAFE exercise as you can! Safe means not doing it within (at least) 2 meters of anyone else unless you live with them. Driving to a safer place if you live in a crowded place is now okay.

But I'm looking forward to seeing it all written down.

Well!! we all stopped being a lert and now we are suffering second cold in 3 weeks, there was something to all that hand washing and mask wearing me thinks. I still wear a mask all day at work but all that coughing and sneezing around shops and hospitals has let loose those cold germs.

I’ve been reading back a few of your posts Tim and having a lovely time while I lounge on the couch wondering when we can run again.
