I discovered an app today called Daily Wellness, could be suitable for running, it's a mixture of talk and music, the talking from several podcasts, some of the talking features are Expressing Gratitude, Put a Cork in Celebrations, Advice on Feeling Overwhelmed and so on, with music between those talking features mainly from the 1960's to the year 2000.
I listened to it this morning for just over a hour while out for a 8K walk, worth a listen to while out for a run or walk.
