Great feeling to do today's run as I knew this one pushes the bar up a bit.

Jo let me know when I'd done 5 minutes, so I thought to myself 'you can do 5 mins now no problem. Just another three 5 minute runs to go'

Funny how not too long ago 5 minutes sounded like a long time, yet at end of todays runit was 'only 5 minutes to go' 🏃‍♂️🤟

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Well done - that is a fab run and I loved your strategy! That's my go to as well - break it down into chunks and if it gets tough then its 'I will do another 5 minutes an then I'll stop... and then another 5....' 🤣🤣 Now you've got the 20 minutes under your belt you'll cruise through to the finish! Enjoy it.

Surprised how much I'm enjoying running. Thanks to my old P. E teachers and my past ignorant attempts at it, my thoughts on running used to be: pain, stitches and burning lungs. 😆
