Hi Im new to c25k week 1 run 3. I am really struggling with the breathing and am only jogging for about 40 seconds does it get any easier?

and includes advice on pacing, breathing, minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Slow down so that you can speak clear, ungasping sentences as you run.

Read up on all the great advice in the links posted by IT - its really helpful. And just when you think you are going slowly - slow down some more! Keep going and keep posting! You can do this if you follow the plan in a Snail-like fashion!!! There are lots of us snails on this forum.
