Big Boooobies!

Sorry gents one for the ladies but I’m desperately trying to find a sports bra that actually works! Physics are against me as I’ve a natural pair of G’s but I am quite self conscious whilst running so I’m really suffering with neck tension ..

I currently wear a shock absorber with an Under Armour pull over 3 times to small compression sports bra which pushes everything under my armpits and round to my back (gross) 😫 so I’m hoping someone had the same problem and has found the bra of all bras to help that actually have my size available ..

EDIT: Have tried all known brands most don’t have my size - hoping someone similar size can point me in right direction (.)(.)

On another note I’m self consciously running my way in to W8 R1 tomorrow which is a miracle in itself ..

Have you tried Bravissimo? Probably but big boob specialists.

Shock absorber, I got mine from amazon and they do large sizes. You can use amazon wardrobe (think you may need prime but not 100% sure) and order minimum of 2 items and up to 6 to try on lots of different ones. This is what I did as sizes are so different across different brands. You only pay for what you keep and have 7 days to try on x

Ooo I’ve been prime for years and never knew they had this option of amazon wardrobe!

That’s awesome I’ll give it a go.

Thank you 🙏

No problem, I only found out whilst I was looking for a sports bra also (big boobs here). I ordered 6 different ones and tried them all at home. You do have to use a credit card though to place the order. I guess it’s so they are sure the funds are available

Morning

Let’s say I’m gifted in that department too 😂 I have always wore the Freya Active sports Bra. I wear a 28 GG and it keeps the puppies all good !!!

Just looking at the Freya sportswear (I wear their normal bras) but there is a few to choose from, which style do you have as if they work for you I’m definitely going to give it a try! 😊

I am the same size as you and completely understand - for years I wore 2 sports bras at the same time, but it was affecting my ability to breathe during heavy exercise and I had welts on my back from the straps. Last year I discovered the Shock absorber D+ max sports bra which I got from Bravissimo - only comes in black or white. It has been a game changer. None of the other shock absorber styles work for me. You have to wear it quite snug on your body for best fit, so I would order a couple of sizes online to try out. Good luck!!

I agree with you. The shock absorber D+ max works best for me too. Their other styles are no good for me. I'm 38 H.

Shock absorber, you say you have one but maybe try another style? It was the only one which worked for me (E cup). They do loads of sizes. It works for me.

I’ve tried lots of different styles, I have a drawer full of useless sports bras thus asking on here mostly for ladies that are G + just to see if anyone had a secret brand or supplier that are not just the well known brands on the high street ..

I have the same problem! I have a M&S very high impact sports bra (in neon pink) lol that keeps the girls in place and allows no bounce. I did have to drop one cup size but this didn't cause discomfort. They don't seem to make it anymire but closest similar one is

I also have a great Bravissimo sports bra i use for badminton. Also does the job. Not tried running in that one yet but sure it would be good. However Bravissimo are more expensive unless there is a sale.

Hope you find one. Makes the world of difference!!

I’ve just ordered from your link ! Thank you, I’ll be back to give a review ..

I like the width of the front straps and how they cover the top of the ‘boob so I’m thinking it’s worth a try ☺️

Thank you so much, I’m 47 and the furthest I’ve ever ran in my life is down my my stairs ! I’m also not built for running (as per this post) but I’m doing it and I’m addicted, I feel like crying every time I finish a run with just how amazing this programme is. I have low energy and on a constant supply of VitB12 and magnesium, I’m peri menopausal and have a buggered back and knee but this is the best thing I ever did mentally & physically !

I bore everyone to death with step by step of my runs but I don’t care 😂

The problem is there are very few available in the size I need, this looks a great S’bra but not one available in my size that’s half my problem x

Look through all the colours- there are some Gs and GGs, but depends on what bust size you need. I’m a 36D and find these are really supportive

I looked through them all ..
