Week R2

Hi , well I have not run for 3 days and felt guilty so pushed myself this morning !

Went the same route but need to find another !

First 12.5 mins quite enjoyed then the slog came , although some recent tips regarding leaning forward and arm movements ( irishprincess) categorically helped my pace !

Still found it hard work though especially last 10 mins ! Heavy legs again , breathing ok but sunshine day and beautiful countryside enhanced the duration

However completed it one run to go before week 8 ✅😊

Well done.

If any run is tough, just slow down.

Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run.........if not, you are going too fast.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.
