Another jog in the bag earlier and completed week 8! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Any tips for week 9? Feel like those last couple of minutes are going to be tough!

Thanks! Iโ€™m still in awe of the whole thing. I think itโ€™s interesting how in the past my brain would say, โ€œlegs are hurting, need to stop!โ€, and then I would listen and stop. But now when my brain starts saying that I can ignore it! ๐Ÿ˜„

You don't need tips - just belief.
