Another jog in the bag earlier and completed week 8! 💪🏃🏻‍♀️ Any tips for week 9? Feel like those last couple of minutes are going to be tough!

Thanks! I’m still in awe of the whole thing. I think it’s interesting how in the past my brain would say, “legs are hurting, need to stop!”, and then I would listen and stop. But now when my brain starts saying that I can ignore it! 😄
