Just done W5R2 and I really enjoyed it! I can't believe I am now running for 8 minutes non-stop after just 5 weeks. I know I've got the 'big one' next but I feel ready to take it on. And if I can't manage it yet, I'll just keep trying until I do! Now for a rest! 😥😄

Its better than you think.
You've run for 15 minutes with a short break and now 16 with a short break. The fitness you've accumulated in the 14 runs so far (157 minutes in total - 2.5 hours!) mean your body is more than prepared for the next run. That's how it works.
