Well this mornings run felt a little harder even though I chose the flatter route. First 3 minutes felt like it went on forever, legs felt like lead, but the first 5 minute run was really good. Nay mind, got through it and just slowed my pace down. 😊

I've done the first run of week 4, managed just. A true test of will power. Kept going and did it. But it is 5 minute sections and we can do this...onwards
