Just completed the one that everyone dreads. It felt good. I pre-planned the route to ensure it was reasonably flat then just went for it.
I managed 3.67km in the 20 minutes, which I'm really pleased with as I was aiming for around 3.2-3.3km.
I hope at this rate I'm on course to hit the 5km by the end of week 9, which would be amazing, considering I could barely do a 1km before this programme.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, also, at the pace you are running you could be one of the few runners of C25K who graduate with run 3 of week 9 in sub 30 minutes, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊.
