So I’m starting this programme yet again after 1 year and I’m now 4 stone lighter so I’m hoping I’ll stick to it this time. Anyone in or around Erith, kent doing the same? Let’s see if I can do it again

Wow that's brilliant!! I'm also starting again after a year (first day of week 2 today) but nowhere near Kent! Good luck, and I look forward to hearing about how you get on.

Welcome back to the forum and well done on getting restarted.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
