The key thing here is that you’re already looking to stay on track after injury. A lot of people quit if they get hurt. Kudos to you for your approach.
At the start of the program they tell you it’s your pace not theirs so if you need to start again, start again. I tore a calf which took 4 months to heal only to tear the other calf straight after the first one healed and this morning I ran 5k non-stop for the first time ever since before I was born.

You really have been through the mill, tearing both calf muscles. I've been reading up on the probabilities of why I've injured my knee and as you said, it's going to have been my pace. I can barely walk on said knee this morning so will continue with the ice packs and ibuprofen.

I feel your pain Kcg73, I completed week 2 on Friday and my knee has been hurting since then. Like you I am thinking I’m going to have to re-do the last week if it doesn’t heal soon ☹️ No advice here sorry but lots of sympathy! X
