Congratulations on running 3 minutes twice, I remember when I was doing C25K I was a little worried about the increase from 90 seconds in week 2 to running for 3 minutes twice in week 3 but like you having ran them I was very pleased with myself, week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K by the way.

Me too! 👍Calves are feeling it but so chuffed. Loving the change of routine too. I’m a total coward, so not looking ahead at any of the other weeks, just one run at a time! 😀Good luck with the rest of your week. 🏃‍♀️

That was me last week and I felt exactly same! 😀 I was nervous before w4r1, but I did it yesterday and it was fine. You've got this! 💪

Well done - you’re giving much needed inspiration! I’m not quite managing 3 runs a week so it’s taking me a little longer to get through the programme. Good luck with yours!
