Congratulations on running 3 minutes twice, I remember when I was doing C25K I was a little worried about the increase from 90 seconds in week 2 to running for 3 minutes twice in week 3 but like you having ran them I was very pleased with myself, week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K by the way.
