Just got home from W1R3, on a bright and sunny Saturday morning.

All feels good so far, breathing is fine, legs a bit heavy at the start but I’m putting that down to the early start.

Stretches done, breakfast on the way, looking forward to week 2 starting on Monday.

Well done.

Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration, but if it is only at the start of the session then it is probably the Toxic Ten effect. Explained here healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
