W6R2 - a bit rubbish

Feeling a bit rubbish after that run.

Me and my dog tried a different route today but wish I hadn’t, lots of people and dogs meant lots of stopping and moving out the way, plus there was a lot of wet mud so had to slow down/walk to be careful not to slip over... not happy, will have to repeat this one on my previous route.

No run is rubbish but you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to.
