Just finished Wk2 run 1. Struggling with a bit of back ache in muscles I haven’t used for years so took an extra rest day between week 1 and 2. Will see how the back feels later!
Im running early at 6am to avoid being seen but it’s had a plus side....I have seen barn owls, deer, rabbits and hare in the fields so I look forward to seeing what I’ll see next and that’s spurring me on through the minor aches.
Next step to think about breathing.....as in trying to breath whilst doing the running bit!! 😂
