Wk 2 run 3

I did wk 2 run 3 yesterday and my legs felt so heavy and breathing all over the place. My recovery was awful aswell. Felt really deflated after. So today I watched some YouTube videos of running for beginners. They were so really helpful, including about my posture and hip movement (I had a hip replacement op in July 2018). I know I should've had a days rest but it inspired me to try it again.. Yes, still hard but so much better. That said not sure whether looking forward to the 3 minute runs on wk 3!!!! Let's see what Sunday brings.

You’re doing great after a hip replacement only a couple of years ago!

Do stick to having a day off in between runs though as it’s so important to allow your body to recover.

Did you come across Japanese slow running?
