Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

The only way to answer your question with any accuracy is for you to establish your actual heart rate, as opposed to the averages used on HRM devices............you may not be average.

If you feel fine, then you probably are.

Enjoy your journey.

Hi. Thank you .

In general I was feeling ok.

At around 175bpm checking HR monitor while jogging I was out of breath so I had to slow down. First 1k I have done it in 8:05 min . I am not sure if my pace was to fast.

Your pace is too fast if you cannot speak aloud, clear ungasping sentences as you run, as advised in the guide to the plan.
