Did this run last night, and it felt really short compared to usual? Not sure if that’s just because I’m getting used to it or because it was shorter? Changed my route and it’s now a million times easier less hills and softer running surface makes a lot of difference. And I’m actually enjoying myself as soon as I find the motivation to leave the house. Bring on the next run!

Heya! I’ve just completed this run this afternoon and was thinking exactly the same as you. We must be getting 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Either that or it’s maybe just a lot easier running more continuously rather than so stop start like the last 2 weeks?!??

Look at the numbers - Week 3 is the shortest workout in the whole program. Strange but true.
