Knew I shouldn’t have skipped yesterday so had to go out this morning in rain. Hardest thing was trying to decide what to wear. I was too cold, then too hot and eventually weighed down by very wet clothes. Pace wasn’t as good but I’m putting that down to the conditions. I did feel like a proper runner out running in the rain 😀. Especially when I got that ‘nod’ from a fellow (much faster) runner. Pleased W8R2 is under my belt tho.

Well done 😊. Running in the rain comes as a bit of a shock to the system after such a prolonged period of sunny weather. I'm glad I got my run in yesterday so avoided today's downpours. Final run of week 8 next and then it's graduation week for you 😀. You are doing brilliantly and are definitely a real runner 🏃‍♀️😃.
