have got over my fear of Co-VID 19 and jogged 5 miles (8kms) on Sat and today in my area.
Did 22 minutes indoor exercise on the exercise bike and 5 minutes abdominals.
Bodyweight down from 80.2Kg a month from today to 78.8Kg, but still have a long way to go. Owing to a pre existing health condition ( seizures), I am more suited to endurance than HITT.
Abs are stubbornly difficult to lose.
Anyone finding it hard losing weight?

Wow, well done! Sounds like you have your exercise routine nailed!
As for the weight thing, I have always found that adjustments to diet work better than exercise. When I was training for a half marathon last year, I only lost 4Ibs over the course of 4 months, and that was despite doing lots of very long runs and swimming! I had assumed I would lose so much more! Now, when I want to shift a few pounds, I cut out all snacks, dramatically reduce alcohol intake and just generally try to eat a little less. That works for me. What I will say is, exercise has certainly toned me up.
I'm watching my diet, aiming for a balance of macros and micronutrients (Fruit, Veg & food containing vitamins and minerals), but it is hard to get the balance right with not retaining a calorie deficit.
In addition I'm aiming for 2 litres of water daily.
Sounds like you are doing everything right! Perhaps look at reducing portion sizes? These things also take time, and by eating good food and exercising, you are already doing your body a massive favour. 👍
