Week 5 done but back of left leg hurting the day after my last run?

Should I do anything, take a break and come back? If the pain is gone by Tuesday I'll start the next week but if it's still there I'm unsure what to do, does anyone have any advice?

First of all congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K.

Never run with a injury, wait until the pain in your left leg heals before going onto week 6,

Thank you, should I just keep going on the plan after s break or should I try the last run again?

I hope you won't be off running for more than two weeks, if so repeat week 5, if you are off running for less than that time continue with run 1 of week 6, but take it slowly as it has got interval walks and runs.

The guide to the plan has advice on dealing with injury, minimising impact and stretching after every run, all of which will help.
