I have not run for over 10 years or more. Just completed week 2 and have massive cramps which last now 2 days. Any advice how to get to week 3 which will start tomorrow and get rid of the cramps?

Do you drink enough water before your run ? Often cramps are from dehydration or not enough electrolytes. You can get little sachets of them that do help if you have half before a run and half after.
