Woke up at 5, but dozed until 6 or so until I couldn't sleep so decided I may as well go out and do todays run before it gets too hot.
Enjoyed it, but still feeling a bit low in energy for the runs, even though I stopped my weight training so I could keep energy for the run program, and I have had to reduce pace slightly to make it more comfortable. But still doing it without stopping so pleased with that at least.
I will also have to hand back my Scottish passport I think, when I saw the temp reading at 2C this morning, I wimped out and put my running leggings on...

Good work. I am an early morning runner too; much easier to keep your distance from other folk. You are doing a great job, completing all the runs. No matter that you have to slow your pace; it's more important to complete each run, I'd say. You can focus on pace once you have graduated.
As for low energy on runs, I notice that I get this occasionally, but with me it is definitely when I have not drunk enough water the day before. You could try upping your water drinking the day before (as long as you are not already drinking gallons!) and see if that makes a difference?
I wimped out and wore leggings today, after wearing shorts for the last few runs. I am so ashamed...
One thing I'm good at is my water intake, but I'm not having anything to eat apart from a couple of ginger snaps at 9 the night before, I might see about grabbing a banana and waiting a bit for it to go down.
Oh yes, that’s worth a try. 👍 I run on an empty stomach, as I am incredibly prone to getting a stitch! I do eat before my longer runs though - but have to leave at least 1.5 hours before I run! 😱
